The site
A Thornlands block falling nearly two metres from the back fence to the house, with erosion after every storm.
Our approach
Concrete sleeper retaining walls create three usable terraces linked by wide steps, with turf on the flat runs and hardy planting holding the batters.
Detail
Ag lines behind every wall discharge to the street, which stopped the water pooling against the house slab.
